PAINT PARTIES

AC Vinyl DeSigns is a mobile DIY studio! – We bring everything needed for you and your friends to create your very own one of a kind wooden sign masterpiece that you will want to hang in your home or present as a gift!

What's included: a wood pine board, chalk paint / tools, a custom one time use stencil for you to paint from, a twine hanger, guided instruction and use of an apron. We have over 60 designs available to choose from, so there is definitely something for everyone! Custom designed stencils available for an additional design fee.

 

All Boards are custom made by YOU with paint colors that YOU choose at the time of the party using your personalized stencil. Signs come out perfect every time if instructions are followed.

What is a HOSTESS REWARD you ask? - You will get to Paint your sign for FREE with the minimum # of guests met!

 

FREE SIGN is of the 12 x 12 size board ONLY or you may apply the credit toward a larger size board and pay the difference.  Some restrictions apply*

Hostess responsibilities:

1. Schedule your preferred Date and Time with us

• Must have a minimum of 10 guests (not including yourself) for the party to take place and to receive our Hostess Reward. A $35 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date and will be reimbursed the day of the party if the minimum # of guests is met.

2. Invite friends, family, co-workers, etc.

• We create a registration form you can share via email, text or social media, can also create a Facebook event page.

3. Have enough space & seating for your guests (must be all set up when we arrive with tables, enough chairs & plastic disposable tablecloths on each table) 

• your home or a local restaurant make great options

4. Provide light refreshments or do a BYOB

Parties typically run about 2.5-3 hours long

​

Guests will pay individually for their own sign as price varies depending on the size board they choose. Cash or Venmo (@ac-vinyl-designs) is preferred payment

*Our service area has a radius of 12 miles from Stormville, NY.

*For locations outside of our service area we require a 15 guest minimum (not including yourself) & there will be an additional charge added to our base prices for travel expenses.

DISCLAIMERS: Your wood piece MAY HAVE random knots and other NATURAL blemishes that give it character!

It is recommended that you wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on! Excessive heat may cause your wood to warp.

BAD WEATHER POLICY: Winter month parties (Nov-April) will require a snow date to be scheduled. If bad weather becomes apparent on your original scheduled date, then your party will be cancelled and rescheduled on your predetermined snow date.
